End User License Agreement

Agreement

HarmonyAngel is made available by BW Innovation TW through Apple's App Store. Unless a separate custom end user license agreement is provided for HarmonyAngel, the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Apple's official Standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If Apple updates that official agreement, Apple's official version controls.

Application Provider

For HarmonyAngel, the Application Provider and Licensor referenced in Apple's Standard EULA is BW Innovation TW.

Licensed Application

For HarmonyAngel, the Licensed Application referenced in Apple's Standard EULA means HarmonyAngel, including app updates and app content, materials, or services made available from or purchased within the app unless a separate license accompanies them.

Scope of License

HarmonyAngel is licensed for use on Apple-branded products that the user owns or controls, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules. The license is non-transferable. Redistribution, sublicensing, unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, modification, or creation of derivative works is not permitted except where applicable law or open-source component licenses allow it.

Privacy and Data

HarmonyAngel is designed as a local music and MIDI app and does not collect user information. The app's data handling is described in the HarmonyAngel Privacy Policy.

External Services

If HarmonyAngel provides access to Apple services, BW Innovation TW services, or third-party services or websites, use of those services is at the user's own risk and may be subject to separate terms. BW Innovation TW is not responsible for third-party services or websites.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarmonyAngel is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability terms in Apple's Standard EULA apply.

Export Compliance and Government Users

Use, export, and re-export of HarmonyAngel are subject to applicable United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the app was obtained. U.S. Government end users receive only the rights stated in Apple's Standard EULA.

Governing Terms

Apple's Standard EULA includes governing law, jurisdiction, and regional exception provisions. Those official Apple terms apply to HarmonyAngel unless a valid separate written agreement says otherwise.
